About us

ECC Sweden is a part of the European Consumer Centres Network, but also a part of the Swedish Consumer Agency. At ECC Sweden, consumers who made cross-border purchases within the EU, Iceland and Norway can get free help and advice from our legal advisers.

ECC Sweden can, among other things, help consumers with

Information to prevent problems in cross-border trade.
Advice in the event of problems with cross-border trade.
Mediation with companies based in another EU country, Iceland or Norway.

About the ECC network

ECC Sweden is a part of the European Consumer Centres Network. It has existed in its current form since 2005. The centres are in every EU country, as well as Iceland and Norway.
